  • Don’t buy almond flour from the store, make it at home! It’s as easy as 1,2,3. 

ONE: Add 1 to 2 cups of almonds to a blender or food processor.
TWO: Blend until you reach a course flour consistency. THREE: Store in an air right container in the fridge.

Be sure not to over blend your almonds, otherwise you’ll end up with almond butter instead of flour.
