When I worked in the corporate world, I spent countless hours sitting at my desk — and let me tell you, the combination of being sedentary and not eating gut-friendly foods made my bloating so bad that I was unzipping that cute pencil skirt just to make it through the day.
After years of a high-stress work environment, digestive issues, eczema (hello, scaly red panda eyes), extreme brain fog, chronic pain, fatigue and burnout, I knew I had to take action and learn how to heal my body and find the root cause of my health issues.
By tuning into my body and healing my gut, I began to see results — my digestion started to regulate, my eczema and brain fog cleared up, bloating was minimal, and pain + inflammation went down!

We kick off May 9th with our first group coaching call + wrap up our 3-month journey in early July — just in time to enjoy summer!
Private 1:1 kick off sessions will start the week prior to kick off on May 9th.
Group calls are 1.5 – 2 hours long, depending on the module and our group of participants (over-sharing is encouraged in this program!).
No. Will there be certain foods I recommend you don’t consume regularly? Yes, but this is NOT a restrictive or tightly structured diet program.
This program is designed to FIT into YOUR LIFESTYLE and will teach you the tools needed to build healthy life-long habits that support your gut health and overall well-being for the REST OF YOUR LIFE! So please, feel free to eat that cupcake, enjoy the chocolate, and savour that glass of wine — because life is worth LIVING!

Yes! You’ll learn how and when it’s best to consume these beverages for optimal digestion and hormone balance — which is so so important for women of menstruating age or who are in perimenopause.
Are there exceptions to this rule? Of course. If you have pre-existing medical condition or we find a reason that certain foods are a danger to your health then we will look at how to minimize them where needed.
The gut is often called your second brain, and for good reason! Gut health and cognitive function are intricately connected through the gut-brain axis — a communication loop between the GI tract and your brain. Your gut’s bacteria (microbiome) play a crucial role in this connection.
If your microbiome is out of balance it can lead to many different issues that affect your brain, thus leading to symptoms like brain fog, anxiety and mood issues.
- Your gut is where 80% of your body’s serotonin (feel-good hormone) is made and 50% of your dopamine (pleasure hormone) is made, and unbalanced microbiome can affect the production of these hormones, potentially leading to mood disturbances and cognitive symptoms like brain fog, anxiety and low mood.
- Inflammation in the gut or leaky gut can cause an immune response that releases inflammatory molecules that can cross the blood-brain barrier and affect brain function.
- Dysbiosis of your microbiome can lead to nutrient deficiencies that leave the brain lacking in essential vitamins and minerals.
- Your gut microbiome is strongly influenced by stress! Dysbiosis often occurs with chronic stress which in turn can make symptoms like brain fog and other mind-body issues worse.
