This Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie contains 32g of protein all from plant-based real food goodness thanks to:
- Hemp hearts (10g of protein in 3 tbsp)
- Soy milk (10g per 1 cup)
- Creamy peanut butter (12g of protein per 2 tbsp)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana fresh or frozen
- 1 Date optional
- 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Organic Soy Milk
- 1 Handful of Ice optional
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
