Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 Date optional
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Organic Soy Milk
  • 1 Handful of Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
