															These banana ghost pops are so tasty that I’ve been sharing them with my 2-year-old at breakfast and afternoon snack time. They’re creamy with just the right amount of sweetness — kind of like a banana peanut butter creamsicle! Plus, he loves the two little chocolate chips 🙂
															Spooktacular Banana Ghost Pops
These Spooktacular Banana Ghost Pops are such a fun and healthy way to celebrate the spooky season. Perfect for a special Halloween breakfast or snack for the kiddos.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas sliced into quarters
 - 1 cup nut butter I used Valencia peanut butter
 - 1 cup organic yogurt I used Yoggu vanilla
 - 1/2 tbsp organic coconut oil
 - 16 dark chocolate chips or organic raisins for eyes
 
Instructions
- Cut bananas in half widthwise and then lengthwise.
 - Carefully stick popsicle sticks or twigs lengthwise into the quartered banana pieces. Place on a lined baking sheet and freeze for about 20-30 mins (or longer).
 - Warm the peanut butter and coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave, stir until smooth and runny.
 - Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and gently dip each in the peanut butter mixture until coated. Place them back on the baking sheet and freeze for another 20-30 minutes.
 - Remove the bananas from the freezer, and carefully dip them into the yogurt until coated.
 - Place the dark chocolate chips or raisins eyes on the 'ghosts'. Freeze for at least another 20 minutes or until you're ready to serve and enjoy.
 - Store in a freezer-safe container.
