This delicious blend, packed with avocado, kale, apple, hemp hearts, and a splash of coconut water, is the perfect way to start your day or refuel your afternoon.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 1-2 kale leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen watermelon or 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-1 1/2 cups coconut water extra water or coconut water to thin out the smoothie if needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
