Snow Dragon Peppermint Green Tea Late
This gut-friendly Snow Dragon latte is one of my favourite beverages. Peppermint and green tea are perfect for aiding digestion, lowering inflammation and providing a little mental pick-me-up.
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 tsp Peppermint leaves (or 1 tea bag) strongly brewed and concentrated
- 1 tsp green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag) strongly brewed and concentrated
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1 cup Steamed milk of choice
Combine the peppermint and green tea leaves in a teapot or mug and pour over 1 cup of hot water. Let the tea brew for 10 to 15 minutes so that it's very strong.
Steam or froth your milk of choice.
Pour 1/2 cup of the concentrated tea into your mug and add the vanilla and honey. Stir well. Save the second half in the fridge for later.
Add the warm steamed milk, stir + enjoy!
