Snow Dragon Peppermint Green Tea Late

This gut-friendly Snow Dragon latte is one of my favourite beverages. Peppermint and green tea are perfect for aiding digestion, lowering inflammation and providing a little mental pick-me-up.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Peppermint leaves (or 1 tea bag) strongly brewed and concentrated
  • 1 tsp green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag) strongly brewed and concentrated
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup Steamed milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the peppermint and green tea leaves in a teapot or mug and pour over 1 cup of hot water. Let the tea brew for 10 to 15 minutes so that it's very strong.
  • Steam or froth your milk of choice.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of the concentrated tea into your mug and add the vanilla and honey. Stir well. Save the second half in the fridge for later.
  • Add the warm steamed milk, stir + enjoy!
